Technology

BlueHost supports only Linux hosting at this time and does not provide any Windows hosting.

Support

BlueHost provides ticket (email) and phone support during U.S business hours. Although i've had little use for the support team, my few inquiries have been dealt with in a timely and effective manner.

Control Panel

BlueHost uses Cpanel, a popular control panel used by many hosts worldwide. Whilst not the most user friendly control panel (eg. Creating MySQL databases can be a little confusing at first) its abundance of features makes up for the slight lack of user experience. In time however, the control panel becomes quite easy to use.
